CoSell docs Open CoSell

The CoSell assistant

Open Assistant in the console menu and ask about your pipeline in plain language. For example:

  • "Which AWS invitations expire this week?"
  • "What in my pipeline needs attention first?"
  • "Prepare O1234567 for submission."
  • "Is our largest open deal eligible for MAP funding?"

Answers usually take a few seconds; questions that need AWS's own agent take longer.

Where the answers come from

The assistant uses Amazon Nova 2 Lite on Amazon Bedrock and looks things up with tools. It reads only your workspace:

  • your deals and their ACE opportunities, with stages, review status, AWS feedback and the AWS team;
  • AWS invitations, sync errors and the pipeline summary;
  • Pipeline health findings;
  • the quality score of each deal's business problem.

For what only AWS knows, it asks the AWS Partner Central agent for you. That covers AWS's review history, funding programs (MAP, POC) and benefit applications, AWS Marketplace agreements and offers, and opportunities CoSell does not track. Under each answer the assistant lists what it looked up.

It proposes, you decide

The assistant cannot change anything itself. When a change would help, it creates a proposal:

  • syncing a deal now;
  • new next steps for a deal;
  • a change to a mapped Zoho deal field your mapping sends to AWS (for example the close date);
  • accepting or rejecting an AWS invitation.

Each proposal appears under the answer, and with every other pending change under Changes wait for approval at the top of the page. Approving needs the same role as making the change by hand. See Drafts and approvals.

Privacy and limits

  • You see your own conversations. Workspace admins can open any conversation.
  • Conversations are kept for 90 days after the last message and are included in data exports.
  • The audit log records each answer with the question, the tools used and the model's token use.
  • The assistant answers one message at a time per conversation.
  • Partner Central answers about two questions a minute per AWS account. The assistant says when AWS is busy.
  • An admin can turn the assistant off with every other AI feature under Settings → General → AI assistance.
